Shipping Information
Order Processing Time
We process orders faster than a jackrabbit on the prairie! Your order will be packed and ready to ship within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Shipping Options
Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx – arrives in 10-15 business days after shipping
Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS – arrives in 15-25 business days after shipping
Note: We currently don’t ship to some Asian countries and remote areas. You’ll be notified during checkout if your location isn’t serviceable.

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal for your convenience.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand by our products like a sheriff stands by the law. If your gear doesn’t fit right or meet your expectations, we’ve got a fair and square returns policy.
Our Return Promise
You can return most unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 15 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. Some exceptions apply (see below).
Items That Can’t Be Returned
For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on:
- Dress Vests (once the protective lining has been removed)
- T-Shirts (if the original packaging has been opened)
All return items must be in original condition with tags attached.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these steps smoother than a line dance:
- Contact Us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for Approval – We’ll respond quicker than a gunslinger’s draw (within 1 business day) with return instructions
- Pack It Up – Securely package the item with original tags attached
- Ship It Back – Send it to our returns address (we’ll provide this in your approval email)
- Get Your Refund – Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange
Return Shipping
You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was our mistake. We recommend using a trackable shipping service – we can’t be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive your return:
- Refunds: Processed within 3 business days, then take 5-10 business days to appear in your account depending on your payment method
- Exchanges: We’ll ship your new item within 2 business days of receiving your return
Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is our fault).
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your gear arrived damaged or wasn’t what you ordered, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right faster than you can say “yeehaw” – either by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund including shipping costs.
