Howdy partner! At Wild West Fit, we want you to be as satisfied with your western wear as a cowboy is with his trusty steed. If for any reason your gear doesn’t fit right or meet your expectations, we’ve got a fair and square returns policy that’s simpler than roping a calf.

Our Return Promise

We stand by our products like a sheriff stands by the law. You can return most unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 15 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. Some exceptions apply (see below).

Items That Can’t Be Returned

For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on:

  • Dress Vests (once the protective lining has been removed)
  • T-Shirts (if the original packaging has been opened)

All items must be in original condition with tags attached for returns.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these steps smoother than a line dance:

  1. Contact Us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for Approval – We’ll respond quicker than a gunslinger’s draw (within 1 business day) with return instructions
  3. Pack It Up – Securely package the item with original tags attached
  4. Ship It Back – Send it to our returns address (we’ll provide this in your approval email)
  5. Get Your Refund – Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange

Return Shipping

You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was our mistake. We recommend using a trackable shipping service – we can’t be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive your return:

  • Refunds: Processed within 3 business days, then take 5-10 business days to appear in your account depending on your payment method
  • Exchanges: We’ll ship your new item within 2 business days of receiving your return

Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is our fault).

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your gear arrived damaged or wasn’t what you ordered, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right faster than you can say “yeehaw” – either by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund including shipping costs.
